The focus of this diploma thesis is a development of a proposal for the modification of the reporting mandatory and voluntary occurrances on the national basis. In the first part of this thesis is describtion database system ECCAIRS and also describtion of the legislation which relates to the reporting of occurrances, specifically Regulation (EU) No 376/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Second part of this diploma thesis is about the description of the proposed solutions to improve reporting system of occurrances. Second part also includes creation of the form for reporting occurrances.
Draft safety studies as a tool to improve the safety of civil aviation in the Czech Republic

The focus of this diploma thesis is to create a safety study which can be used as a tool to improve the safety of civil aviation. In the theoretical part of this thesis consideration is given to important organizations that are involved in creating legislation for civil aviation. Further, organizations which investigate aviation events were carefully examined and subsequently compared (ÚZPLN and BEA). The second part of this thesis consists of an analysis of events from 2014 using the ECCAIRS database from which were obtained suitable topics for the draft safety study. Finally a draft outline safety study was created and applied to study a specific event associated with aircraft L13 SE/SW Vivat.
Technical and operational factors which has impact to the performance of airports in civil aviation

The diploma thesis deals with factors that directly or indirectly affect the operation of the airport. The thesis contains theoretical notes of influencing factors, a list of aircraft and their characteristics, including mutual comparison in graphs. The next part focuses on the airport itself, where it tries to identify the factors that affect its operation, including historical events. The next part focuses on the selection of airports in Central Europe, determining the appropriate performance characteristics, which are then compared and evaluated.
Auto Taxi System Design for Aircraft

Nedávné studie předpovídají nárůst pasažérů využívajících leteckou dopravu. Tento trend bude vyžadovat zavedení nových leteckých linek, důsledkem čeho bude zhuštěn letový provoz s dopadem hlavně na nápor letišť v metropolitních oblastech. Automatizovaně řízení pojíždení letounu umožní menší rozestupy mezi jednotlivými linkami a zvýšení příletové a odletové kapacity letišť. Tato práce se zabývá návrhem modelu pohybu dopravního letounu po zemi s ohledem na různé provozní podmínky jako např.: stav povrchu vzletové a přistávací dráhy za různého počasí a lišící se provozní parametry letounu (tlak v pneumatikách, zatížení podvozků a pod.). Validace modelu byla založena na sledování poloměru zatáčky pro různe uhly natočení přední podvozkové nohy. Výsledky simulace byly validovany vzhledem k analytickému modelu Ackermanovy geometrie a na specifikační dokument od Boeingu určený pro plánovaní pohybu letounu na letišti. Výsledky prokázaly přesnost modelu a potvrdily jeho možné nasazení pro simulace v reálnem čase.

Personal Data Protection with Focus on Processing and Protection in Civil Aviation This diploma thesis focuses on the matter of EU legal regulation of personal data protection and reflects it in the field of civil aviation with focus on commercial air transport, as commercial air transport is at this moment the area of civil aviation where most of the personal data processing and operations with them are made. The goals of this diploma thesis are mainly to describe respective personal data processing in civil aviation and finding out whether GDPR represents an insurmountable legal obstacle for air carriers and civil aviation to operate or whether it is just another complicated act of legislation that air carriers and other entities in civil aviation must reflect. The first chapter of the thesis briefly introduces the history of personal data protection while presenting some of its past and current sources of legislation. Legal regulation of pastoral care in civil aviation

The thesis examines the regulation of pastoral care in the sector of civil aviation by the laws of the Roman Catholic Church (Latin Church). The general part first describes the theological reasons for special pastoral care, as well as the inception and development of its institutional organisation. The core of the general part of the thesis consists of identifying and interpreting the relevant legal standards of the Roman Catholic Church's (Latin Church's) general canon law. Attention is devoted in particular to the possibilities of organisational arrangement, the issue of airport chapels, their canonical status and use, individuals providing pastoral care, the specific issues of communicatio in sacris and the possibility of regulation by particular law. The special part of the thesis describes how pastoral care in civil aviation is organised in selected European Union member states and how it may be modified by particular law.
